This picture shows how humans rely on nature and how humans’ activities have altered nature. The colour combination of this picture is simple and plain. Sunlight was shone through the little gaps between the leaves of the tree. Twigs are hanging down from the tree and particularly the ground where the car is parked has lesser grass than the area behind it. It might be because of the car constant drives over the grass patch which cause the ground to be bald now. There are many things that man do that can alter nature, be it to the bad side or the good side. In this case, its towards the bad side because nature is destructed due to man’s actions.
The reliance that man have on nature can be seen also from how the car was protected from the scorching sunlight under the shade of the trees around it and above it. Without the trees, the car will be exposed to the sun the seats will be very heated up. In the world today, no matter how man had advanced, we will still rely on nature for food, water and even sometimes, shelter.

This picture shows a streetlamp beside bushes of leaves. The colour of the streetlamp and the colour of then trees, bushes and flowers around it do not complement each other. The streetlamp seems like a object from the modern world being forced to put in the greenery just because man needs it to light up the path at night. Having the streetlamp by the side, the beauty of the nature around is further emphasized as it can be seen how much life the bushes, trees and flowers have in them and how lifeless the streetlamp is. Thus, this picture is actually showing the differences between man and nature and the disharmony between them.Though sometimes some things in modern world doesn’t fit into nature, but they are still essential to man.

This picture shows the reliance nature has on man and the interrelationship nature has with man. The tree is located beside a pathway, thus there is lighting on this tree whereas the trees behind seem to be in the shade, causing the light contrast. A long and thick wooden stick is tied to the trunk of the tree, to give it support, so that it will not fall. The weakness of nature can be seen here, as without the support from man, the tree will most probably collapse. However, the wooden stick which is used to support the tree, has also come from a tree itself before it was made into a stick. It is ironic that the wooden stick which comes from a tree that had been most probably chopped down is actually supporting a tree now so that the tree which it’s supporting will not fall if there is a strong wind. In everywhere in the world, man relies on nature and nature relies on man.
